How to Choose the Best Mousepad Size
Why size matters in FPS Games
Unlike casual PC users, tactical FPS players in games like CS2 and Valorant use incredibly low sensitivities to maximize crosshair precision.
If you use a low sensitivity (e.g., 400 DPI and 1.5 Sens) on a standard office mousepad, your mouse will physically fall off the edge of the pad every time you try to turn around. This leads to lifting the mouse constantly, which destroys your aim and reaction time.
What is cm/360°?
To know exactly how big of a pad you need to buy, you must calculate your cm/360°. This is the exact distance (in centimeters) your mouse has to travel to do a full 360-degree spin in the game.
Our calculator mathematically processes your game's engine code to output this exact measurement. If your cm/360 is 45cm, your mousepad must be at least 45cm wide (a "Large" size).
The Standard Mousepad Sizes
